Allyson Ditchey is the founder of www.connectthearts.com, an employment and networking platform for people who work in the arts.  Prior to Connect the Arts, she worked for many years as a freelance stage director, assistant stage director, stage manager and orchestra manager in opera and musical theatre.  She is a huge advocate of mental health and is excited to be working with RESILIENCE Dance Company as they prioritize creating mentally healthy artistic environments.
