Modern Night at the Gem

RESILIENCE Dance Company tours to Kansas City, MO for this adjudicated festival performance! Two of RDC's recent works, 29 Encounters choreographed by Emily Haussler and As she works, the nurturer dreams. choreographed by Emily Duggins Ehling will be shown as part of this unique concert. RESILIENCE Dance Company opens Emily Duggins Ehling's annual independent dance concert at The Chapel with her piece, As she works, the nurturer dreams. See this stunning piece that premiered in Entry Points 2022, alongside Emily's full-length concert and work by local visual artists.

Blue Hour - Dovetail Reception

Intersect Arts Center opens art exhibition Blue Hour with interdisciplinary Dovetail event featuring 50 artists, international cuisine, and modern dance. RDC performs Refuge by David Marchant, in connection with the exhibition themes of transition, liminal space, and metamorphosis, and alongside cuisine prepared by a refugee chef.

The goal of Seen is to create space for artistic vulnerability - there are no rules, no budgets, no time requirements, and no genre restrictions. Artists are simply encouraged to share and be seen.

Improv Series

Join RDC at local businesses and venues for spontaneous dances and improv games. We'll take input from audiences, experiment with unique prompts, and ultimately build one-of-a-kind mini dance experiences throughout St. Louis. More details coming in 2023.

Come celebrate dance in St. Louis with RESILIENCE Dance Company alongside several other local professional companies, hosted by Big Muddy Dance Company. RDC will be performing an excerpt from Worthy of Rest, choreographed by LOUD BODIES and premiered in 2021.
