Friends are ambassadors for RESILIENCE Dance Company in their communities. They value dance as a tool for expression, education, connection, healing and more. They share in RDC's vision of a healthy and equitable future where artists receive fair pay, are supported with mental and physical healthcare, and can be their full and authentic selves.
How to Join
Flexible options for all RDC supporters, both in and outside of St. Louis

Donation and Volunteer Pledge
Friends who choose this option will make a monthly pledge of $5/mo. They
will also commit to serving two volunteer shifts in 2024.

These members of our community value being involved and will energize RDC's mission through their commitment.

Donation Only
Friends who are stretched for time but have a little more to give can join by simply pledging $10+/mo.
This route is also a perfect option for Friends currently living outside the St. Louis area.
These donors understand the importance of being able to plan ahead, and are committed to helping RDC grow with confidence.
In acknowledgement, Friends will receive a custom T-shirt, 2 complimentary tickets to any 2024 mainstage RDC performance, and an invite to an exclusive end of season social event!

VOLUNTEER ROLES AND OPPORTUNITIES
RDC recruits volunteers on a monthly basis, usually for events including Mainstage Performances, Seen: STL, Fundraisers, Auditions, Master Classes, Summer Intensive, and more. ​Roles include:

Check-in/Welcoming
Merchandise Table
Chaperones
Reception Food & Drinks
Decorations and Set Up
Clean Up
Equipment Load-in/Load-out

Shifts are normally 1.5 hours long
​
As a member of RDC's Friend Group who has pledged two volunteer shifts in 2024, you will receive emails with upcoming volunteer opportunities and sign ups. We strive to make sure every volunteer has a positive experience in helping bring RDC's programs to life!
