Ayana Scott-Elliston has a background in competition dance and theatrical dance. Currently she works in the healthcare space as a Clinical Data Abstractor Specialist, working at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital’s Trauma department helping to maintain the database to track pediatric injury trends within the region. For Ayana, Resilience Dance Company answers a childhood dream for dance that she wants to see modeled for the world.
